The six new products introduced this time use high-linear GaAs HBT technology, which supports single-band and six-band operation respectively, providing a priority application experience for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
The RPM636X and RPM6569 series adopt the mainstream package size on the market, fully considering the PCB compatibility of customers 3*3mm2 and 3*4.2mm2, and improving the flexibility of terminal applications. Among them, RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6365, and RPM6368 support LTE B1, LTE B2, LTE B5, and LTE B8 bands respectively; RPM6363 supports LTE B3/B4 bands; RPM6569 has better broadband characteristics in the industry and can support LTE B1/B2/B3/ at the same time. B4/B5/B8 six frequency bands. This series of products are compatible with WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA standards.
The RPM636X and RPM6569 series have achieved outstanding performance and achieved world-class performance. According to the linear PA industry test standard FOM (Figure of Merit), the FOM values of the six products introduced this time are all over 90.
As the first product of the RDA “Easy-Matching TM” brand, the RPM636X and RPM6569 series products can greatly reduce the difficulty of debugging the RF front-end, accelerate the development of customer products, and improve the system performance of the terminal products.
